     Hose disassembly and assembly steps:
Disassembly: To reduce the risk of contamination of the hydraulic circuit, thoroughly clean all connections and surroundings of the pipe before disassembly. Do not use gasoline or paraffin.   With the appropriate pipe nut wrench, pinch the brakes on the six-way, with the first two wrenches to relax the hard nut, try to avoid the brake liquid drop out. Remove the flat nut and gasket from the hose and remove the hose from the bracket. Where the locating plate is mounted to the stand, this place seals the ends of the brakes to prevent moisture loss and foreign matter from entering, without the need for wrenches to operate the brake hoses. The method described is a conventional method of removing the brake hose from the vehicle brake hose. In different vehicles, the operation is not the same, so refer to the appropriate vehicle manufacturer's workshop manual. Brake clamps remove the hose and the copper gasket (if any), with a wrench acting on the hexagon and the entire length can be rotated. Will be exposed to the outside of the brake caliper seal.
Installation: The installation is a reverse of the order of disassembly, but must pay special attention to the following:
1, when replacing the brake hose, make sure they are not twisted or not bent, and do not rub with other parts. This is exactly the same as the brake hose production process, it must be straight, any twist in the installation process, at the end of the link will cause a permanent torsional load, which may cause the hose to fail early.
2, if there are protective casing, the installation should ensure that they and the original when located in the same location. Tighten the hose fitting enough to prevent leakage, do not be too tight. Refer to the recommended tightening torque. The hydraulic system is described in detail in the car manufacturer's workshop manual. In the process of liquid to carefully check the liquid level, the whole process is the most important to maintain high levels. To allow air to enter the brake system through the main pump, the reservoir also repeats the same operation. When finished, recheck the level in the reservoir and, if necessary, reinstall the fuel filler from the top down.
3, remember that the brake fluid on the paint surface corrosion, must be careful to prevent any leakage and fill or "fill" the master cylinder. Any contact with the body, need to wash the area with plenty of water immediately.
4, check and "feel" about the brake pedal of the firm line, there is no need to loose any signs, if any words that the system still exists in the air. Remove all sprayed brake fluid. Finally, before the test, through the assistant, check the connection, brake hose and pipe is leaked.
Recommended tightening torque
Many cases have been reported that many damage is caused by some hydraulic components, which is precisely because the brakes are tightly connected. Pay special attention not to twist too tightly related to other parts such as nuts, bolts, bleed screws and so on.
Therefore, as a guide, the following lists the recommended maximum torque figures. British thread and metric threads are listed.
