The Auto Gas Springs is an elastic component in the suspension of the car, which makes the elastic connection between the axle and the frame or the body, withstands and transmits the vertical load, mitigates and suppresses the impact caused by the uneven road surface.
A car suspension is a general term for all force-transmitting devices between a frame (or a load-bearing body) and an axle (or wheel). The main function of the suspension is to transmit the vertical reaction force (supporting force), longitudinal reaction force (driving force and braking force) and lateral reaction force of the road surface to the wheel and the torque generated by these reaction forces to the frame (or On the load-bearing body) to ensure the normal running of the car.
The suspension is mainly composed of three parts: an elastic element, a guiding device and a damping element (damper).
The elastic element makes elastic connection between the frame and the axle, withstands and transmits vertical loads, mitigates and suppresses the impact caused by uneven road surface; the guiding device is used to transmit longitudinal force, lateral force and its moment, and to ensure that the wheel is opposite to the wheel The frame or the body has a certain movement law; the damper is used to accelerate the vibration attenuation and limit the vibration of the body and the wheel. It can be seen that the above three components act as buffering, guiding and damping, respectively, and the three jointly play the role of common force transmission. In order to prevent excessive lateral tilting of the body when driving or turning on uneven roads, some cars are also equipped with auxiliary elastic elements - transverse stabilizers and balance bars.
